About the Master

The Master in Operational Efficiency aims to teach participants how to apply various tools and methodologies to monitor innovation processes with the goal of optimising company performance through operational efficiency.

Change and innovation play a crucial role in increasing growth and maintaining a company’s long‑term competitiveness. An efficient organisation better manages available resources, reduces lead times, cuts operating costs and consequently maximises margin.

Main areas covered during the course include Lean Production, Project Management, Six Sigma methodology and the DMAIC cycle. Sessions will introduce essential tools such as charts and indicators required for correct project execution.

In the final part, several production control and management software solutions will be presented, together with the basics for using Minitab.

Hands‑on exercises included in the course will allow you to practice the skills learned during lessons, consolidating your understanding and ability in operational efficiency and business process management.

A final certification will allow participants to test the competencies acquired and assess readiness for the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt exam.
