The Business Acceleration Course is designed for anyone looking to embark on a successful entrepreneurial journey. Each lesson is designed to provide entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills needed to start and manage a business effectively.

The Business Acceleration Course is offered by Polo Innovativo, Certified Incubator of Brescia, in collaboration with Headvisor, expert consultants in entrepreneurship, lean production and management control.

The goal of the Business Acceleration Course is to provide participants and entrepreneurs with all the tools needed to start a business that is constantly growing and consolidating.


Who is it for?

The course is aimed at professionals, startuppers, entrepreneurs, business consultants and aspiring entrepreneurs.


Why participate?

The course will enable participants to:

  • Develop crucial business management skills: the business acceleration course provides the skills to do business, create solid business plans, create and track performance KPIs, negotiate and sell successfully, develop marketing plans, identify growth opportunities and manage human resources.
  • Promote innovation in an established business: through this course participants will understand how to find facilitative, financial and methodological tools to stimulate innovation and gain new market shares.
  • Transformation from Startup to SME: the business acceleration course supports participants in transforming from startup and micro-enterprise to a full-fledged SME.

How is the course organized?

The course is organized into 10 lessons of 4 hours each, for a total duration of 40 hours. It will take place starting Tuesday 26/05/2026, from 14:00 to 18:00.

The course program starts from the basics in the first lesson, explaining the fundamental concepts of entrepreneurship, the differences between various professional roles and the importance of micro-enterprises in the economy.

The course continues with entrepreneurial idea development. You learn how to grow a winning idea, validate it and identify the target market, focusing on developing the skills necessary for success.

Subsequently, we move on to creating the business plan, which includes market analysis, financial planning and communicating your vision. A central element in this phase is the use of the Business Model Canvas (BMC), a practical tool for outlining the business model and creating a product or service of value.

A significant part of the program is dedicated to marketing and sales. The course teaches how to identify customer segments and develop marketing and branding strategies effectively, also through the use of digital tools.

In parallel, financial resource management is addressed, learning to plan the budget, control finances and seek funding. The role of partners, activities and key resources in the business model is also explored.

The training program also addresses the common challenges that micro-enterprises must face, such as risk management and growth while maintaining agility. Attention is given to negotiation, especially for presenting projects to potential investors.

Finally, strategies for growth and expansion are addressed, also at an international level, with a focus on human resource management. The last part of the course explores emerging trends and future opportunities in the world of entrepreneurship, preparing participants for a possible transition from micro-enterprise to small or medium-sized enterprise (SME).
