Whistleblowing reports




Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023 implemented in our legal system Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law (the so‑called Whistleblowing Directive).

To adopt the provisions introduced by Legislative Decree 24/2023, Polo Innovativo s.r.l., a company equipped with an Organization, Management and Control model, has established a Procedure that provides clear operational guidance concerning the subject matter, intended recipients, methods of submission and handling of reports concerning “violations”, as well as the protective measures provided.

Disclaimer: This page is in English and reports may be submitted in English by anyone covered by the legislation. However, reports will be handled in accordance with Italian law, Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, because Polo Innovativo is based in Italy.


Who may submit reports?

Reports may be submitted, by way of example and not exhaustively, by: employees, self‑employed workers, holders of collaboration agreements, freelance professionals, consultants, interns, suppliers, and persons with administrative or control functions.


What may be reported?

Reports, which should be as detailed as possible, must concern unlawful conduct relevant under Legislative Decree 231/2001 or breaches of the Organization, Management and Control models and the Code of Ethics.


How to report?

Reports must be made by accessing the Whistleblowing platform available at the following link: https://poloinnovativo.wb.teseoerm.com/#/

The electronic reporting channel should be used as the primary means.

Who receives the reports?

Management of the reporting channel and verification of the merits of the facts reported are entrusted to an external party to the company, which carries out verification of the reported facts in compliance with the principles of objectivity and confidentiality, including any interview of the reporting person and of any other individuals who can provide information about the reported facts. For this purpose, the party handling the report may make use of external consultants or the company’s competent internal structures.
