Compliance with the Code of Ethics is of paramount importance for the reliability and reputation of the entire Polo Innovativo organization.
Polo Innovativo holds no prejudices of any kind; it will not establish or continue relationships with anyone who refuses to respect the Code of Ethics or acts in conflict with the regulations contained therein.
This Code of Ethics is binding, without exception, for all employees, partners, and collaborators of Polo Innovativo. Adherence to the primary principle of integrity with those we engage with daily is of fundamental importance. All employees and collaborators must report any violation of the Code of Ethics to the Polo Innovativo Ethics Committee as soon as they become aware of it and cooperate in defining and respecting the internal procedures established to implement the Code.

Code of Conduct
Polo Innovativo has no prejudices or exclusions toward any client or category, but it will not engage in dealings and/or relationships with clients who do not possess impeccable corporate and commercial morality. Employees and collaborators who suspect or encounter issues related to any unlawful behavior are required to promptly report such situations to the Ethics Committee.

Compliance with all laws, applicable regulations (including those from Supervisory Authorities), statutory provisions, the Self-Regulatory Code, and the Code of Ethics is an indispensable condition for any action, operation, or negotiation. In no way is behavior in violation of current regulations permitted, even if carried out in the interest of Polo Innovativo. Polo Innovativo promotes integrity, honesty, fairness, and fair competition between parties in reaching challenging goals and new milestones, committing to always respect every interlocutor, including competitors.
In conducting its activities and in its relationships with companies, Polo Innovativo operates with impartiality and does not permit any direct or indirect discrimination related to age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, health status, race or ethnic origin, nationality, political opinions, or religious beliefs.

Duties of Partners
All partners undertake to maintain conduct characterized by integrity, balance, and respect for the individuality of others. The conduct of Polo Innovativo is inspired by the principles of transparency, honesty, integrity, and good faith, and it will adhere to these principles in human relationships and in the performance of its activities. Polo Innovativo management is committed to being an example of integrity, transparency, and honesty, discouraging all attitudes that are not in line with the values of Polo Innovativo.
Partners must respect Polo Innovativo in its entirety, performing their work profitably and with the utmost professionalism. Assets, company resources, and common areas must be used prudently to minimize waste.
The conduct of personnel, both in the workplace and outside, must be inspired by criteria of integrity, honesty, and loyalty.
The personal excellence of individual employees, their preparation, and their professionalism are highly desired characteristics; therefore, Polo Innovativo provides refresher courses and in-depth workshops aimed at improving everyone's technical skills.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Polo Innovativo is highly attentive to compliance with privacy regulations (pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003) and has trained and sensitized all personnel to strictly adhere to the principle of confidentiality.
All information acquired regarding clients is used in full compliance with the law, and it is strictly forbidden to disseminate or use confidential information about debtors or clients even after the termination of the relationship. The only exception is a request from legally competent Authorities, which will be handled exclusively by the Management of the Hub.
Polo Innovativo guarantees the protection of information acquired from all Partners and collaborators and excludes any improper use through the systematic adoption of suitable preventive security measures for all databases collecting and storing personal data. Personnel acquire and process only the data necessary and appropriate for the performance of their activities with diligence and in alignment with the high standards and security rules defined by Polo Innovativo.
Health and Safety in the Workplace
Polo Innovativo considers living and working in a healthy, protected, and safe environment a necessary prerequisite for the well-being and satisfaction of every person at work. For this reason, it combats accidents and occupational diseases through the implementation, correct execution, and maintenance of occupational safety management systems that comply with international requirements and standards, as well as national laws, regulations, and policies.
